About Me
Hi - you have reached the blog of Lars Olufsen.I am a Senior IT-architect in the financial sector in the Copenhagen area, Denmark, Scandinavia, Europe ... you know ... where all the girls are tall, blonde and beautiful.
I have been working with Notes and Domino since 1994, and have experience in both application development and administration, holding certifications in R5 through ND6 / 6.5 to Notes/Domino 7.
Since 2002, I have been working mainly in IT-Strategy and IT-architecture projects, focusing on the principles of Adaptive Infrastructure and Service Oriented Architecture.
In this blog, I will try to combine the two areas, and try to place the Notes/Domino platform in an Service Oriented Architecture.
Since SOA is still a highly hyped but poorly defined concept (every vendor has their own definition), it is very likely that some of you might not agree with MY version of the concept. In that case feel free to comment and make suggestions. We might not agree, but that is very common in the SOA realm, so let's put the issues out in the open, so that we have the opportunity to include or exclude them.
I hope you will participate, and enjoy reading along.
